Please be aware that at times substitutions of variance in flavor, fragrance, or packaging will occur. Refunds, discounts, or a new gift being shipped will not be offered due to substitution. You agree to occasional substitutions by placing your order with us.
Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
We do not notify clients prior to component substitutions being made.
Gift Basket processing times
Baskets are processed Monday - Friday. Orders submitted after 12 noon will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday and on weekends, will be processed on the following business day.

Received after Easter but seller was excellent communicating. regarding late shipments due to the Covid-19 pandemic, enough so I could male other arrangements to make an "emergency" Easter basket so my daughter would still have one Easter morning. He was gracious enough to offer me a refund if I received it late, but we are all doing our best during these trying times and I just couldn't accept the offer. My daughter was ecstatic to receive her basket today! Her birthday was right before Easter, so it ended up being a late birthday present...and surprises are always the best! Thank you to the seller for being so straightforward and honest and hardworking and caring. Stay safe and healthy! I would add a photo but some little girl tore into it with much enthusiasm before I got a chance! :)
