Please be aware that at times substitutions of variance in flavor, fragrance, or packaging will occur. Refunds, discounts, or a new gift being shipped will not be offered due to substitution. You agree to occasional substitutions by placing your order with us.

Gift Basket processing times
Baskets are processed Monday - Friday. Orders submitted after 12 noon will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday and on weekends, will be processed on the following business day.

At least three of the advertised items in the description of the basket were not included and were replaced with other lower end items. I.e. instead of the lemon cookies, it had a bag of risen candy. Also, paid to get it before Easter and it came the day after Easter. Disappointed in Ocean Springs, MS
