You agree to occasional substitutions by placing your order with us.

Gift Basket processing times

There wasn't a hair color *and* style that matched my bestie, but the shop owner worked with me to find something that fit. Now that's good customer service! My BFF got the mug and absolutely loves it. Would definitely order again from this shop.

Great things to say about them. First off, the mug is absolutely amazing and beautiful. They sent me the design and let me edit certain things before making it. The BIGGEST reason I’ll give them props is their customer service. Unfortunately my first mug came with the handle broken off. I wasn’t sure they would do anything about it but I took photos and sent them to them. Very quickly I get a response back about how they’re sorry and will get me a replacement ASAP. And that’s exactly what happened. I would give more stars if I could!!
